Participating organisations

The Vietnamese- German project team works in close cooperation including a mutual working package structure and mutual responsibilities. Key institutions for management and policy development in Vietnam are involved in the project. They help to drive the development and implementation of the envisioned system as daily users of the relevant information and with their experiences in the formulation and implementation of knowledge based policies for the Delta’s management.

Both teams are accordingly fitted out with the necessary means in terms of funding, staff and resources by their respective ministries.
