MONRE workshop in Hanoi

From 21st to 22nd of September 2009 the Department of Waterresources Management of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) organized a workshop on Information Systems in Hanoi. DLR was invited to present the WISDOM Information System to an interested user community from several departments and institutes under MONRE.

This technical workshop included the introduction of the WISDOM project itself and consisted of the detailed presentation of the prototypical version of the WISDOM information system as well as a discussion round on potential user needs and interests on the Vietnamese side concerning technology transfer and the use of comparable systems for the management of a national geo-database.
